The apartment:

Spacey 700 sq. ft. apartment located in San Po Kong. Right above a bus stop with lots of transportation to various parts of Hong Kong. The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 big living room, 1 bathroom and 1 big kitchen and you will be living in 1 of the bedrooms which is around 70 sq. ft. NOTE: the flat is located on the 4th floor WITHOUT a LIFT.

Bedroom includes:
1 single bed
1 single mattress 
1 air conditioner


Kitchen includes:
Utensils, kettle, rice cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven and various cooking machines.


The environment:

1 minute walk to bus stop with buses and minibuses to other parts of Kowloon, HK island and New territories.
1 minute walk to malls nearby with plenty of food to choose from. 1 minute walk to gym, market and supermarket. 3 minute walk to various utility shops, the public library and the park.
