My house is located right next to North Point station.5 minute walk distance.
It takes 5 minutes to causeway bay(central) and 10 minutes to Tsim sha tsui by mtr. 
Very close to central. Apartment town is safe and next to brand-new shopping malls.

There are 3 rooms and 1 toilet.

Cozy single room-5500 HKD including gas bills
(Only long term stay more than 6 months)
*6000 HKD for less than 6 months*

Deluxe double room(medium to large size)-8500 HKD including gas bills
(Only long term stay more than 6 months)
*9000 HKD for less than 6 months*

King deluxe double room(Large size)-9000 HKD including gas bills
(Only long term stay more than 6 months)
*9500 HKD for less than 6 months*

The written contract will be made right after your determination of moving in. 2 months deposit is needed. Thank you
