12+ minutes walk to MTR Prince Edward Station, Airport Express Olympic Station and Nam Cheung Station, a 2 bed room apartment (505 sqf gross) at Metro Harbouview is seeking a single male to rent a double-bed room. Furnished, one air-condtioner, one double bed with matress, one large wardrobe, one ceiling lamp. 

We share bath room, kitchen, balcony and part of living room. Facilities included: Wifi, refrigerator, washing and drying machine, etc.   

HK$8200 per month (management fee included). On top of rental, utilities costs to be equally shared. Two month rental as deposit. Monthly rental payable at the end of each clander month for the next clander month.

Fixed term: 1st Aug 2019 to 28th Feb 2020. 7 months, renewable subject to contract

I am not the landlord. This is a flat sharing arrangement. I have stayed at this apartment more than 5 years.
