The flat is situated mid-level of North Point which is quiet and cozy area while when you walk down to the Main Street, you can find stores, MTR and Bus stops, tram station, etc. in 3-5 mins walk. 

Your room has wardrobe and book-self. If you need a bed, we can further discuss. You can put your shoes in show cabinet available. Feel free to cook, watch TV and dining in living room. 

Upon confirmation, you need to pay 1 mth deposit plus a mth rental rate. We will split electricity, water and gas costs.

If you like clean and quiet at home with some jokes, simply bring your bed and suitcase and you can live in cozy home.
