Looking for 2 female flatmates to split a 4 bedroom apartment (balcony+store room) in Festival City in Tai Wai from early September. Ideal for students/ HKSTP tenants.

Room with shared bathroom: 8k per month
2 months deposit required, utilities will be split equally

Festival City is right next to the MTR station with a beautiful clubhouse with lots of amenities. Roughly 10 mins to CityU, 15 mins to Admiralty/ CUHK/ PolyU, 20 mins to Science Park 

I’m a 23 year old research engineer working in Science Park. I’ll be moving from a 1-bedroom house so I have all the furnishings in almost new condition for common areas (Sofa bed, dining table, cabinets, TV, wifi) plus kitchen appliances (blender, microwave, rice cooker, pots, pans). Happy to help you look for cheap second hand furniture for the rooms as well 🙂
