- you will share with 2 friendly HK women,  both professionals, non smokers(you can smoke in ur room) 
- 3 rooms-spacious-apartment in Tin Hau.
- there is 1 room available, room A $6900 is a 200 sqft room, or room B $5800 is a 150sqft room. (since she doesn't matter to choose room A or Room B, so you could choose)
- all rooms has air-con, many windows, big, bright room. the total flat is 1050 sqft
- all rooms has free big closet
- for room A, there is a double bed + a studying desk set, you can even add a 2 seaters sofa just inside your room. 
- for room B, there is a  closet + bed, you can add yourself a study table chair set etc 
- room A available from now (preferably move in dates btw now- 1 JUNE 2021) or after
- room B available from now (preferably move in dates btw now - 1 JUNE 2021) or after
- good location, 5 mins walk to Tin Hau MTR station, 10 mins walk to causeway bay, 4 MTR stops to central.
- supermarkets, wet markets, shops are all in the neighborhood.
- Victoria Park is just at the opposite, there are tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool etc...
- all rooms windows can see firework when it happens.
- kitchen, sitting room, dining room are common area, they are fully furnished. 
- washing machine, toaster, microwave, wifi.. all provided
- bills are excluded from the rent, appx $200 per month 
- 2 lifts & safety guards in the building
P.S. dont pick up guys from LKF to home, it is dangerous to ur flatmates.
we prefer not to let bf stay overnight, but 3/4 days in a month is ok.
female relatives/ fds visits surely ok(stay at your room) .
