Building has lift. The flat is in the middle level so it is not noisy. 

Right next to Island East offices and Quarry Bay MTR station. Restaurant street downstairs. 

Room with double bed is $6000 
Room with single bed is $5500

Each room has  two sets of windows. The double room is brighter and has more mountain view.
