Very spacious and sunny room available in a 3 story house in Sun lung wai village. Room comes with all the furnitures as shown in the photos. The room has a private balcony, one bathroom with hot shower. The ground floor is shared, all kitchen utensils and fridge is shared. shared smart TV and sofa. Rooftop is shared space as well, including washing machine and BBQ.

We are a couple in our mid 30s. No children, two cats. We speak English and mandarin fluently. We are quiet and respectful, we rented the entire house, but it's too big for just two of us. We are looking for one single person to share this beautiful house together. Internet is very fast, 1gb fiber optic cable, all bills are split by 3. Monthly rent: 8000hkd.
