Hey, 
I'm Karen, I’m an expat and professional in the Finance,  Moved to HK around 2.5Y back and have been living in this lovely apartment since.
Since my current flatmate is leaving HK, one of the rooms is available to share :)

Couple of things that I love about the apartment :
- Harbourfront promenade is right below our building 😍
-It’s much more spacious than most apartments in HK (Can do yoga, home workouts, have friends over etc.)
- Lots of sunshine - All the rooms have big windows ☀️ 
- Since it's a service apartment, there are many benefits provided by the hotel : like a free shuttle bus going to Hung Hom and TST every 15 mins. Could be in Central within 25 minutes 😎
- There is a clubhouse with Gym, Yoga room, Swimming pool
- There are 2 MTRs (Hung Hom and Whampoa) and several Super markets/malls within 10-12 mins walking.
- The apartment is completely furnished with equipments like - fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, cooking stove.
- TV with Netflix and High Speed WIFI are included as part of the rent.
- There are 2 bedrooms, one with Single Bed is available (rent 7800) 
- The utility bills (water, electricity) will be split equally - approx 200-300 pp 
- We have a helper for cleaning 1/2 times a week, will be split equally - approx 750 pp 
- There are Wardrobes in each room and the beds have storage under them
