Hey guys, I'm looking for 2 roommates to share this 3 bedroom apartment with me in Tseung Kwan O area. Preferably but not necessarily girls. The flat enjoys brand new deco, a broad sea view and comes with free amenities such as the gym, reading rooms, swimming pool, etc. It takes me about 30 mins to commute to my office at Causeway Bay. I know that might be long for some people but that's a trade-off I am willing to pay for some life quality. So if you're still with me, here're some break-downs:

Location: 5-10 mins of walk from Tseung Kwan O station. The metro station is connected to 6 shopping malls which host a lot of restaurants, shops, markets, and a movie theatre.

Size: I'm leasing out the 2 HK standard bedrooms. Each is about 80 sqf big. However, one has a smaller window than the other (see floor plan in the picture) so the rent might slightly vary depending on which room you pick ($6700 or $6200, my room is $8200).

Deco and appliance: This flat has a sleek and modern deco with washer, dryer (inner screaming DRYER), refrigerator, microwave all included.

Amenity: The flat is in a luxury apartment building that has a swimming pool, a gym, a social/game/reading room, a barbecue area, 24/7 security and concierge.

About me: I’m a young professional who just started working in HK. Before I was working in Washington, D.C. I guess that's why I need some time to get used to the HK's apartment size. I’m neat, clean, and rarely have guests overnight. I love animals, Netflix, intelligent conversations, and I travel frequently. I work in media production so I can talk about anything but only for 3 minutes.

Who am I looking for: Thank you for still staying with me. I hope my roommates are respectful and responsible human beings- they are neat and clean in the public area, they'd ask before bringing people home, they keep quiet when it's late at night. All I am asking for is decency and respect. And hopefully, on top of that, we can even learn from each other and enjoy the accompany.

This flat is eligible to be put in the rent deductible tax plan if your housing scheme applies.
