The rental located is Tsuen King Garden phase 2. 380 square feet. Downstairs have a bus ,terminus downstairs in the traffic area. It takes five minutes to the MTR station and west rail station. Nearby are convenience stores, supermarkets, swimming pool downstairs, parks, and 2min isD Park shopping mall  . Downstairs have swimming Pool , reading room, clinics , front of street s police station . 

The rental is $7500 per month and the deposit is two months rent. The rent includes the cost of building management, network, water and electricity. Lease period short lease at least one month, the room before i used fitting room , have a big wardrobe into the wall, absolutely enough space storage, air conditioning is installed last year, can live at any time. Smoking is allowed in the house, pets are prohibited and only female tenants are allowed. To protect everyone, a visit to a friend must be consensual. I  attention to toilet hygiene personally, can self-discipline, if have any request can discuss.

You just need a bed and mattress. The housing has included air conditioning, hot water stove, television, washing machine, cooking stove, refrigerator, wardrobe, network and other equipment.
租屋位於荃景花園二期，2房1廳，出租1房間。實用面積絕對係有380平方尺。交通方面樓下有巴士總站，小巴5分鐘到地鐵站，西鐵站。附近有便利店、超市、樓下便是游泳池、公園、3分鐘就見到愉景新城。有壁球室閱讀室、診所、餐廰等設施。

分租房間，租金每月$7500，按金為2個月租金。租金已包括大廈管理、網絡費用，包水，不包電，電則由租客自付。租約期短租最少一個月，房間一直用嚟當衣帽間，有個入牆大衣櫃，絕對有足夠空間儲物，冷氣是上年安裝，可隨時入住。住房內允許吸煙、禁止養寵物，只限女性租客。為保障大家，如果有朋友探訪必須經過雙方同意。我個人比較注重廁所衛生，能夠自律，如有任何要求都可以商量。

你只需帶床和床墊就可以。住房內已包括空調、熱水爐、電視、洗衣機、煮食爐、冰箱、衣櫃、網絡等設備。
