Looking for a new flatmate for a 391 sq. ft 2-bedroom apartment located in a nice neighbourhood near Taikoo Station. This is for professionals looking for a comfortable room and a place to call home.

The Room // Sized 50 sq. ft. Comes with a single bed, large wardrobe and desk - set up is flexible and can be further discussed. The room can fit a double bed if required.

Communal Space // The flat shares a well-equipped kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The living room has a comfy sofa, has no TV but equipped with a projector set up with a sound system and DVD player. The flat also has a private rooftop terrace/garden, great for all months.

Rate // $7,900pcm (single). No agency fee. Utility bills are shared among flatmates and are around $500 per month including all utilities, wifi broadband and shared supplies. There is no cleaner arrangement for the apartment at present.

Availability and terms // the current flatmate will be moving out Mar/Apr 2018. Long term stay preferred, short term would also be considered depending on availability. Move-in date negotiable for the ideal flatmate. 2-month deposit required.

Location info // 7-minute walk to Taikoo Station. There is a Welcome Superstore (4 minutes walk), very close to AEON Style Kornhill.
