We are two flatmates (mixed gender) in our late twenties looking for a flatmate to occupy a mid-sized room in a 3-bedroom apartment with a view on Victoria Harbor. The room is surrounded with large windows and has a stunning view, and plenty of space around. The apartment is 900sq ft fully equipped with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and a seaview balcony. We are located in one of the biggest clubhouses in HK, where all facilities you can think of are available for use only to residents of the building. To your disposal you have a library, 4 gyms, 1 indoor pool, 1 outdoor pool, parks, parking, private cinema, KTV rooms, piano and instrument studios, snooker table, basketball court....you name it. There is a very tight security in the complex. Its a lifestyle apartment for young professionals and we are looking a flatmate to share it with. Room is available now, 6 months minimum.
