三月份租了一層兩房一廳
位於中山北路馬偕商圈附近
住了快三週的心得是
交通位置點非常方便，四通八達
距離民權西路捷運站3~5分鐘
具有中山北路的時尚感
旁邊又有傳統市場小吃林立
原本租兩房一廳的用意是
有一間要當貓狗屋
但是後來決定不讓貓狗來台北
所以現在空著一間房
這間算是主臥室 有窗明亮 但位於馬路旁會有車聲
關上窗後開冷氣是好些
但睡覺怕吵的人不建議喔
我跟房東租約簽一年
目前第二年不確定會繼續租
如果想繼續住下去可以再跟房東續約唷!
