Hello, I'm looking for a new flatmate! My current flatmate is moving out, and her huge master bedroom will be available starting 16 March. The room is nicely wallpapered and has a balcony, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, queen-sized bed, and desk.

It is in a 2-bedroom on the first floor of The Bayshore, filled with natural light and a ten-minute walk from the beach (!!). The common areas are equipped with a TV, fully-stocked kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, in addition to all the other usual stuff. Bayshore MRT is right at our doorstep - travel time to Raffles Place is 20 minutes.

Asking rent is $2,300/month, and move-in will be after 16 March (we can do as late as 1 April, with the rent pro-rated accordingly). You will be added to the existing lease that ends on 1 April 2026 (although we'll have no problem renewing if we want to). Utilities will be additional, and usually come up to ~$100/month. 

Cooking and visitors most welcome - no weird rules, and this is a queer-friendly house. I'll be your only flatmate - I'm 29, I work for the government by day and enjoy a good wine/movie night otherwise. I do enjoy keeping the house clean (and would appreciate if you do too!).
