Hey everybody, I am looking for a housemate to take one of the bedrooms in my newly rent 2 BR apartment in Mongkok. Available from end of April.
Room is unfurnished at the moment, but will be. Single or double bed can be arranged as per request. Photos can be upload later.
Building is right close to all public transport, Shopping malls and supermarkets, shopping but is quiet considering the location.
Smaller bathroom but kept clean. We have a washing machine and drier.
$8000 Nego ; All Bills included
Minimum 6 months lease, 1 month deposit
