Flat is equipped with a living room, Wi-fi, kitchen and bathroom. 
You shall share the bathroom with 1 male. 
Your own room is furnitured with a table, a blind, a foldable bed and air conditioner. 
Moreover, this flat has a club house
including swimming pool, gym, sauna, rental room and restaurant. 

The rental price is 8k per month. 
Also you don’t need to pay deposit at this time because I have already paid. 
That's why please return it to me 
after you move away here.
About electricity and gas fee, 
please pay together with them per month.

I have already been another flat, so you can start to live here.
