Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our nicely furnished, cosy 2BR flat in CWB/Wan Chai from mid-July to end-of-July, for a duration of 12months. During this time our current flatmate will be moving out, and so it will become available as an unfurnished room.

You'll be sharing the flat myself and my gf, a couple living in the other bedroom. We have a bunch of storage, equipment and everyday items within the flat which we are happy to share.

The building (Tak on Mansion) itself is in a great location right next to Times Square & Happy Valley racecourse, with plenty of amenities and convenient transport connections located nearby. 

The room is approx. 2.63m x 2.40m with a large overhead storage space for large items (e.g. luggage), and is quiet as it faces south to Morrison Hill Swimming Pool.
