【交通】步行10分鐘到黃埔。地鐵10分鐘到金鐘/尖沙咀。公寓班車（15分鐘一班）3分鐘到紅磡地鐵站，10分鐘到尖沙咀。樓下即是紅磡海濱長廊，直通K11星光大道，跑步散步釣魚皆宜。PolyU 在隔壁。

Looking for a roommate for serviced apartment.

[Lease Period] The lease term starts from Nov 30, minimum for 6 months. Contract is directly with the serviced apartment (i.e. your name will be on the contract)
[Price] 10k for a small room (to be confirmed), including internet, water bills. Electricity bill will be split equal among us.

[Transportation] 10 minutes by walking to Whampoa district.  Nearby PolyU. 10 minutes by MTR to Admiralty/Tsim Sha Tsui. Shuttle bus ( runs every 15 minutes) takes you to Hung Hom stations in 3 minutes, to Tsim Sha Tsui in 10 minutes. Direct link to K11 by foot bridge, suitable for running/fishing and other leisure activity.

室友介紹

限女生，學生黨或者收入穩定的上班族。希望正常作息，愛幹凈，休息時間安靜。可以帶親友上來但是需提前告知，不能打擾到休息時間。 本人是在金鐘上班的金融女。平時生活規律，朝九晚五，有一半時間會在家裏上班，晚上會學習/加班/上課。會做飯但是不常做。英文，普通話皆可，廣東話識聽不識講。 Looking for female roommate only, prefer uni student or office workers with stable income. Looking for someone with normal routine (i.e. 9 to 6-ish job and not working odd shifts) and respects personal space. You can bring house guests with prior notice, given that rest time will be respected. I am a 9-5 finance worker from Singapore, half of the time I will wfh, and I will study/OT/have class in the evening. I enjoy cooking but don't cook too often. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and beginner in Canto.
