物業介紹

這套房我租住已經將近一年，現在想尋找一位女室友合租，可以租大房（HK$9000）也可以租小房（HK$8000），wifi等設備都已經具備。物業及會所設施完善，有gym，也有游泳池，附近就是油麻地果欄，非常方便。新室友可以在9月初入住。

圖中展示的是空置狀態的房屋，目前家具齊全，新室友可以選擇用已有家具或者搬來自己的家具。大房可以擺下double bed (1.2m寬）和書桌桌椅和儲物櫃以及簡易衣架。大衣櫃可放置在客廳。小房只可以擺下double bed和一個很小的收納櫃。

每月都會請清潔阿姨來打掃至少一次，保持家裡整潔。有興趣請微信/郵件/電話聯繫我。

I have lived in this flat for one year and am now looking for a female flatmate to share this wonderful flat. I work in the finance industry at Central so I usually spend less time at home. 

I am renting out the large room, within which you can put one double bed, one desk and one closet. You may use your own furniture (bed and wardrobe) or those that my former flatmate left here.
