We are looking for a single roomate for one room, there are two rooms available. 

The common are outside is a part time martial arts gym with minimal students which only operates a few nights per week.  The place is quiet in the mornings and wee hours. 

Tenants are most welcome to use the common area when there are no classes going on.

Bedroom, monthly rent $7500, 15000 months deposit. The rent has included Management fee, Utility bill, Internet. The rental period is minimum 3 months, move-in anytime. No smoking, We have one poodle, No kids in this flat. No gender preference.
