Easy going male living in sai kung town and i study PhD program at HKUST. The apartment is 400 sqft, 2 bedrooms, fully furnished (42 inch TV, 130 Mbps WIFI, Washing machine, dryer, Convection Oven, Fridge, 2 induction cookers, kitchenware, 2 heaters, 2 dehumidifier, etc). the vacant room which includes a single bed frame and a wardrobe.

The apartment is located right in front of the Sai Kung town bus terminus which has a variety of destinations in NT, Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. It is a great place, to be able to explore the beautiful Sai Kung Country Park with easy access to anywhere in Hong Kong - Central 45min, Sha Tin 20mins, University 15mins.

The sai kung pier/promenade  is just across the street with lots of fun on weekends.

Sai kung town is equipped with everything for daily life activities, Football, basket ball, tennis, squash courts, big stadium and different playgrounds.

I am looking for one flatmate who will be sharing this vacant double bed room with windows with a great view of the garden and the stadium (no buildings in front). The room is furnished but you need to bring your own mattress and sheets which are better hygienically. There are a wardrobe and bed frame but can be moved away if necessary.

No agency fees, 1.5 month deposit and rent is paid  in advance.
