Sharing the whole apartment and your room at 100sqft. with single bed (compare with the size available in the renting market i.e. 50/60sqft.), not modern but cozy spacious, high ceiling, furnished in a well maintained building with elevator. Variety shops & restaurants around plus transportations is very convenient to all other areas i.e. 30mins to Causeway Bay & Wanchai and less than 50mins to Central, HK Island; New Territories, 10 mins to CityU; Poly U; heart of Kowloon and railway terminus; MTR station. Expect share flatmate is able to corporate to keep the place tidy and clean.

P.S. Easy going, can be funny, can be quiet; considerate person; hygiene reasonable above average! Prefer simple, so there will be only YOU and I sharing the whole place.....ooooops, missing an important member - my small poodle. Smoking ONLY allowed at the balcony.
