**Apartment to SHARE is available at the beginning in September. Minimum stay can be arranged by the way us.** This *house share* is located on a quiet street away from the traffic and under 8 minutes walk from both Quarry Bay MTR and Tai Koo MTR stations. Under 5 minutes walk for the tram and bus. A wet market, mall, library and government gym are certainly 5 minutes away as well. There is a Thai Restaurant next door and a Chinese restaurant directly downstairs. The apartment is located next to hiking routes, so the apartment is ideally placed for both great access to transport links to the city, but also surrounded by nature. The bedroom offered, is the largest of the two bedrooms, it already has a double bed and it has the larger windows than the smaller room (mine). The bedroom is also fully furnished with a desk, and open clothes rack as pictured (currently the room is occupied by the current housemate). The bathroom is right next to the bedrooms. Also included in the apartment rent: Wifi, Water, toilet paper, and a water filter, which I will replace regularly. Electricity is included in the rent up to the value of $100 dollars a month. When going over that value, the difference just needs paying. Previous housemates never paid anything towards the electric because they used the electricity consciously, that's what I assume we all do anyway? :-p I also have 300 watts of solar panels to further lower the energy bill for us both. The kitchen has: A large fridge Washer and Dryer Machine Oven 38 litre capacity Stove Steamer 2 High chairs All the rooms contain lots of plants to brighten the house up. * Regarding Pets, Cats are allowed. (If it has to be a cats vs dog thing). The kitchen and the living room are one open room, the sofa pictured doubles as a sofa bed in case of guests needing to stay over. I also buy rugs from time to time to warm the floor up a bit and to make it cosier. A little bit about me: I'm an english teacher and photojournalist, lived in HK for 8 years now, I'm a quiet person, I normally go to bed early, and wake early, I don't have a crazy night life. I'm from the UK. I've lived in this apartment since 2017. I am a podcaster and Youtuber, living with me will make you famous! I'm also a bit of a gardener and cook. I ferment food. I make my own sauerkraut, bread, yoghurt, cheese and Kombucha, if you also like these things then bonus!
