因为工作原因，出租红磡海韵轩小房一间。4月起租（具体时间可商议），8月到期后可以续租。房子在28楼，高层维港海景，平时每天都能看到维港灯光秀，节假日还有绝赞烟花景。大房只有一个工作的女生住，人很nice。客厅不住人，房子总面积600多尺，所以很宽敞。 

海韵轩为酒店式公寓，配备电视机、冰箱、洗衣机、烘干机、暖风机、微波炉、电磁炉、沙发，各种电器及家具一应俱全，拎包入住。如有家电物品损坏，酒店方面会进行免费维修和更换。每套公寓中均已配有免费Wifi，水费全免。

公寓出行交通方便，有免费穿梭巴士每15分钟一趟，由酒店至红磡站地铁（东铁线和西铁线交汇站）及尖沙咀，也可在尖沙咀或红磡站上车，坐车返回酒店。从公寓步行前往红磡站仅需7分钟，到达香港理工大学仅需12分钟，若遇下雨天，全程无需淋雨。门口有巴士站（115路等线路），直达铜锣湾、中环。很多中环白领都在此居住。

因为已经住了三年了，所以这套房租是全楼层最低的。房子3月中下旬起租（具体时间可商量），到期可以续租。
