We ( A friendly owner couples)  are looking for a friendly Female housemate to share the house. The rental fee for the guest room will be $8500 per month including all wifi, water & electricity expenses. 2 months deposit is a must. It takes only 5 mins walk distance from our home to arrive at the train station. This community is surrounded with supermarket, restaurants, laundry and beautiful landscape.
