I will be on holiday for 3 to 4 weeks starting from April 4th. I would like to lease out for who waiting to start the new apartment leave, you name it. I ONLY RENT OUT FOR  A MONTH!!!!

Duration: April 4th – 29th (26 days, inclusive), dates negotiable 
Rent: HKD $300/ day, $7,800/ 26 days, $9000/30 days (bills included) 

Note: 
1.	No wifi service provided. 
2.	Downstairs is HKU MTR B1 exit (walk within 1 minute) 
3.	Prefer to rent whole period of time 
4.	Girls only 
5.	Studio with simple kitchen, washing machine, fridge, 49" smart TV 
6.     I ONLY RENT OUT FOR  A MONTH!!!!
